Sage Spring Retreat

Relax, renew, and embrace the energy of the season--our spring retreat prepares you for growth and abundance! Our afternoon begins with a warm welcome and a bit of pampering with a DIY sugar scrub workshop to cleanse and refresh hardworking hands. A flowing gentle yoga practice encourages release of held tension, followed by a reiki sound bath to ease you into meditation. A flower and tea ceremony concludes our practice.
