Reset mind and body and create profound inner peace! Join us for 90 minutes of pure peace and relaxation in a series of carefully curated supported postures designed to allow you to let go. Megan will guide you through meditations enhanced by intentionally crafted oil blends as you release stress, worries, and tension. You will float home feeling peaceful, lighter, and brighter. Absolutely no previous yoga experience required for this calming practice.
