Come celebrate a decade of strength, grit, and community at CrossFit Mettle & Honor with a special Hero WOD: Loredo — the very first workout we did when we opened our doors back in 2015.

This workout is a powerful tribute to fallen service members and a celebration of the amazing athletes who have made our community what it is today. Whether you've been here since Day 1 or just joined, this day is for YOU.

💥 Workout:
6 Rounds For Time:
• 24 Air Squats
• 24 Push-Ups
• 24 Walking Lunges
• 400m Run
Bodyweight only — scaleable for all levels.
