Join Rachel Allen and Daria Porcher from Advocates of Progression for a gentle yoga class/fundraiser to provide Thanksgiving turkeys to local families on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at 6:00 PM, Studio 404, 404 Messenger St Johnstown, Pa. 15902
Advocates of Progression has provided turkeys for families for years. Due to the government shutdown which impacts families on SNAP benefits ability to access food, we are looking to amplify and expand this initiative.
About the Class:
Join Rachel in a Yoga experience that honors source culture, integrates yoga philosophy, and teaching and includes pranayama, Asana, meditation and sound healing.
The practice is trauma informed with choices and options for all parts of the practice and rooted in yoga philosophy and social justice .Chair options available.

Pay it forward contribution: $15 and above
If paying cash, please pay exact amount that you wish to contribute
Regardless of payment method, 50 % of all contributions are directed towards the purchase of Thanksgiving Meals (turkey and staples) for local families.
