You, your family and caregivers are invited to our Neuro Connections Stroke and Brain Injury Support Group! It's held on the last Thursday of every month from 4:00 - 5:00 pm at Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital.

Please join us at this free event to learn more about your neurological injury recovery as you share experiences, explore resources, offer encouragement, and learn best ways to navigate your circumstances. Refreshments will be provided.
