Free Relaxation Evening

It’s been such a long winter, so I thought why not do a wee freebie, to relax & connect to yourself. Take some time out for you.

Switch off from the world for an hour or so.

Join me for guided meditation. We have some therapeutic colouring book’s, then onto listening to some binaural music.

We will finish off with some feel good music, sing, dance if you want to release the endorphins.

This night is just for you to enjoy. We often get caught up with work, family, kids, cooking, cleaning. So give yourself the time to invest in yourself.
