What will we discuss?
• How much money did we make or lose?
• What did we achieve this year?
• Are there any big decisions we should vote on?
What usually happens at an AGM?
At a typical AGM, the following things happen:
1. Review the year 📊
The club shows its financial results (profits, losses, expenses).
2. Reports from office bearers.
3. you can ask questions!
4. Voting 🗳️
Members vote on things like:
- Approving accounts
- Approving major decisions
- voting on your committee for next year!
Who attends?
Anyone can attend our AGM!
