She wants all her patients with back and joint pains to experience the healing from Whole Food Plant Based eating. Besides being a spine physiatrist and Lifestyle Medicine physician, she is a leader in her local Building Healthy communities and started a Walk with a Doc chapter.
Dr. Limke became plant-based in early 2022, has a renewed interest in cooking from scratch, and shares how it improved her mood and energy level. She invites you to join her so that you, too, can see how this diet will transform your health and performance

Mary Margaret Earl
Mary Margaret Earl has been joyfully vegan for the animals for more than 27 years, a commitment rooted in compassion, justice, and a deep respect for all living beings.
