We are thrilled to announce that the Minisink Valley Soccer League Opening Day will take place on:
Date: Saturday, September 6th, 2025
Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Greenville Park – at the new soccer field.
This year is extra special as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Minisink Valley Soccer Club! It’s the perfect time to honor our league’s history while kicking off another great season.
Opening Day will include:
A chance for players to meet their coaches and teammates
Soccer competition games by age group (see schedule below)
Uniform distribution
Fan merchandise for sale
Blow-up sports entertainment centers for everyone to enjoy
Music & community fun
Italian ices sold by NOLO and food provided by the Kiwanis Club (breakfast and lunch)
Information booth for questions and answers
CASH ONLY!!!!
This event is designed to be a fun ice breaker for the kids, and a celebration of our soccer community that has been going strong for four decades. Attendance is required for all players to receive uniforms and meet the coaches.
We invite everyone—players, families, alumni, and friends—to join us for this exciting day of soccer, festivities, and community spirit. Let’s make this 40th anniversary season one to remember!
