Imagine how long it would take to cold call, get through the gatekeepers, meet the decision makers, chat face-to-face and get personal contact information at almost 100 businesses? Could you do it in 5 hours? This is the beauty of speed networking, and their is no better way to reach so many people that matter in one morning!

Meet new faces and make important contacts as you participate in a structured business networking event with a system designed to ensure you meet a large number of business professionals face to face. During this event, participants will follow an ordered schedule to meet 7 other people at a time, per table, over 12 rounds. Participants will deliver their 1 minute introductions to each other, as well as pass out cards and flyers during each round.

PLUS, there will be open networking times before and during the event!

There will be a door prize drawing at the conclusion of this event and all participants are requested to bring a door prize for the drawing if they wish. Donations for the drawing will receive a public acknowledgement to the group.

Food and drinks will be provided during the event. You are also welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic/ non-cbd drinks to the event.

We will start on time – please plan to arrive promptly to Register. Registration opens at 8:45am, enjoy Breakfast and Pre-meeting Open Networking(8:45am-9:45am), and be seated when the program begins promptly at 9:45am. For maximum benefit of all participants, we ask everyone to stay for the duration of the event and not leave before the end at 2:15pm.

An Added Bonus: Soon after the event, all participants will receive a .csv and .pdf file via email of all attendees and their info, so you dont have to scan cards, enter info manually in your CRM, etc

Is there Free Parking at the event?

Yes, the Langston Center has a free parking lot.

What should I bring to this event?

Bring at least 100+ business cards, flyers, handouts, promotional products, etc to distribute to other attendees. Please also bring a door prize (optional, but requested).

When should I arrive?

• Sponsors and Table Leaders: Setup is between 7:30am and 8:30am. Please have your table set up by 8:30am before we open for the General Admission ticket holders at 8:45am.
• General Admissions Ticket Holders: We will officially open the doors for registration at 8:45am. Please arrive in time to register and grab some breakfast and coffee before the event starts at 9:45am sharp. We will have breaks built in for you to grab extra refreshments and use the facilities, plus a lunch break halfway through the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may bring your printed ticket or show us your registration on your mobile device. We will also have a printed list so if you lose your ticket, just show us your ID at the registration table.

What if I miss someone at the event and don't get their information?

We will provide everyone .pdf and .csv files shortly after the event with all contact information for all attendees.

Will there be food and drink at the event?

Yes, we will provide breakfast, snacks, lunch, and beverages during the event.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, if you have special dietary needs or just want to, please feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic/non-CBD beverages.

What’s the Refund policy?

No Refunds within 30 days of the event, however tickets/sponsorships can be transferred to another person (See next question).
