We will be practicing Chen Tai Chi by performing a sequence of graceful movements associated with martial arts. This routine practice can improve mental and physical health along with self‐defense and self-healing, using front or inner parts of body and the back or outer parts of body, left and right, inhaling and exhaling, stasis and movement, relaxation and intensification, contraction and extension, internal and external, folding and unfolding, closing and opening, pulling and pushing, compression and explosion, etc.

Instructor: Kang Choi is a Tai Chi instructor with over two decades of experience. He recently relocated to Tennessee, inspired by a neighbor's glowing description of the TN state's beauty while he was living in NY state. Before the pandemic, Kang led numerous Tai Chi demonstrations (Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun) with his students in Texas. He has since continued his dedication to teaching by holding continuous online classes for his students, allowing them to continue their practice with his guidance. Students will gain overall health benefits, stress reduction, improved balance, and/or finding inner peace from his classes.
