Take a pause from the busy and treat yourself to a cozy afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection. We’ll start with a 30–40 minute Yin practice to melt away tension and set the mood for relaxation. Then, let your playful side shine with a hands-on wood sign project—no experience needed, just good vibes. 🌸

To top it off, we’ll have snacks + sips to keep the afternoon light, social, and sweet.
