Clay Slab Built Mug - WORKSHOP @ Edisto River Brewing

Join me for a hands-on experience in crafting your own unique slab-built mug. Using Amaco No. 46 Buff Stoneware Clay, you'll learn the art of hand-building as you transform a provided slab of clay into a functional and stylish mug.

At the end of the class, you will be able to pick out the (food-safe) glaze you'd like to use for your final fire.

*Requirements: Participants must be 16 years of age or older due to the use of sharp tools.

**Mug Pickup: Mugs will be available for pickup at your convenience 3-4 weeks after your class. This time frame gives the mugs a chance to completely dry, reducing their chance of exploding while in the kiln.
