Summer Concert: The REMakes

The REMakes is Atlanta-based tribute band that faithfully recreates the music of the iconic 1980s and 90s band, R.E.M.

They focus on performing both the well-known hits and deeper album cuts from R.E.M.'s early catalog. The band consists of Geoff Melkonian (lead vocals, guitar), Jeff Rosenberg (bass, backing vocals), and Webb Vandiver (drums). The REMakes' performances aim to transport audiences back to the Athens, Georgia music scene of the 1980s where R.E.M. originated.

The opening band is B4Y2K, a 90s rock variety band.

The concert is free to attend. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the music starts at 7 p.m. Concerts are rain or shine.
