This workshop will cover proper alignment techiques for popular poses and strategies for avoiding injuries. Improve your alignment in some key asansa (poses). Learn modifications and variations for different body types and levels of flexibility. Explore the use of props to assist, guide or create more challenge in a posture. This workshop is the perfect space to bring an open mind, your questions, and the knowledge of making your practice the best for YOU and YOUR body.
