About the event

Step Up for Mental Health 5km Fun Run

Join us for a 5km FUN RUN from Pirates to help create awareness around Mental Health. Entry is free but you can buy a pair of 'LACE UP For Mental Health' bright green shoelaces for R80 to show your support for the cause, and get a FREE COFFEE from Vicky's new awesome bakery. All proceeds to go to South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG). Plus there will be:
- Stretch sessions
- Fun and games for the kids
- Free juice for all runners
- Coffee and bake treats from Vicky's Bakery
- A chat with SADAG regarding all things Mental Health
