MORNING SWEAT LODGE AND MEDICINE HIKE

Emerse your self in nature,
Cleanse, breeth and heal.
Inwards on your journey you will discover who you are, how you feel.
Show up for your self and be renewed.
VENUE: Nature Spirit
* The fire gets lit at 8am and the lodge will start at 10 am
* Come and hear the ancient song.
* Meditate and heal in the heat of the sweat lodge.
* Experience this ancient tool of resilience and celebrate the life that you have in all its shadow and light.
* Show up for your self and move yourself into a space of peace and power.
* Lodge will conclude around 1pm
*for those who want to explore more. We will engage with the grandfather teacher plant
*Then we will do a small hike. to the giant tree for a connection ceremony, river release and abundance flow.

*Camping or hut rental available for those who1 want to spend the night under the full moon around the fire.
