About the event

Rowing for minds
Idoor rowing event where we will have 3 teams attempting to break the 24hr rowerg world records along side Donovan Lindeque (founder of the SOS Foundation for mens mental health)
to raise funds and awareness for Men's mental health.

The oublic can contribute thier own effeorts and money on the day on a rowerg dedicated to them.

Teams:
Male team (30 rowers)
Female team (30 rowers)
Mixed team (50 rowers)

R100 per person to register for the teams

Public rowers: R50 per person that wants to row their own distance to add to the day.
