This half-day session combines the regulating power of rhythm with the restorative effects of conscious breathwork.
We’ll begin with a therapeutic drumming circle - a dynamic, accessible way to drop into the body, quiet the mind, and connect with others through shared rhythm. Drumming helps ground the nervous system, enhances focus, and supports emotional release in a non-verbal, embodied way.
From this grounded state, we move into a guided breathwork journey. We’ll tap into the body’s natural mechanisms for emotional regulation, stress relief, and nervous system balance using conscious connected breathing. Breathwork supports both physiological calm and emotional clarity, creating space for deeper integration.
Emma Oelschig (Music Therapist) and Natalie from Breathe Play Heal (Specialist Wellness Counsellor) facilitate this small group session in a supportive and contained environment.
