About the event

A YIN JOURNEY

Allow yourself to be taken into a journey of relaxation and meditation. You will spend two incredible hours experiencing a restoring YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA, SOUND JOURNEY and TEA MEDITATION, you will part with a light snack and a goody bag with the option to continue the relaxation while taking a mindful stroll in our beautiful JHB Zoo.

We have 3 time slots to choose from on the 3rd of May. Price is 350pp and includes parking and a ticket to explore the zoo before or after your session. The event will be covered with beautiful scenic views. No need to bring mats or props.
