Hello lovely ones - outdoor yoga is on every Tuesday in Milbrook Park! 🌿

Our style of yoga is slow-paced and gentle with guidance to support you to drop out of the busy mind and connect inwardly to yourself and your body. You will leave feeling relaxed and with a very yummy feeling! 🥰

🌷 £5 cash, bring your own yoga mat

As you enter from the car park, turn left, walk allll the way to the end, you will see us setup on the lefthand side 🌿
