We’re delighted to welcome Julie Ritchie, owner of Hoo House Nursery in Gloucestershire, which specialises in perennials and alpines, all grown peat-free. Julie originally trained as a Landscape Architect and established the nursery in 1986. Today, Hoo House boasts up to 800 varieties of alpines and perennials, many of which are propagated and grown on-site. The nursery has developed eleven new plant varieties and has proudly been peat-free since 2011.
Julie will be sharing her expert tips in Late Summer Colour—helping us keep our gardens singing, shining, and bursting with life right through to autumn.
Visitors are very welcome. Entry is £5 (cash only) and includes complimentary tea or coffee.
