This afternoon is about honouring the most constant relationship in your life, the one you have with yourself and offering it time, attention and care, exactly as you are. It is an invitation to choose yourself.

✨ A Valentine’s Devotion To Loving Yourself is a slow, sensual, body-led experience designed to help you soften, listen and reconnect with yourself in a deeply embodied way.
🌹 Rather than simply talking about self-love,we will practice it through the body.
✨ Guided through meditation, breath, movement and the sound of the warm, melodic, heart-opening handpan drum, that feels both grounding and ethereal, you’ll be invited to move with more kindness, rest without guilt and stay present with yourself as sensations and emotions naturally arise.

- Move with choice, ease and pleasure
