RNA Planning Board Hearing on 626 Palisade Ave Development Project

Please join the RNA to discuss updates to the 626 Palisade Ave project. This is a free meeting open to the neighbors of the Heights.

The Developer is looking to build a new four story 43.67 mixed-use building with ground floor commercial space and 24 dwelling units in the R-1 Zone at 626 Palisade Ave. They are requesting several variances to build this development.
