All levels—— no experience needed
Whether you’re looking to improve posture, prevent falls, or enhance your core strength, this class blends gentle movement, core training and mindful coordination in a welcoming and supportive space.

You will gain:
Better posture and alignment

Wednesdays for the month of July
Ballroom ONE Dance Company
7:30pm
$50 for the month or $15 drop in rate
