🎄 The Festival of Giving is BACK at The Children's Museum! 🎄
A cherished holiday tradition has found new life—and a bigger mission! In 2024, the beloved Festival of Trees, formerly hosted by Tykes & Teens, was reimagined as the Festival of Giving and welcomed into its new home at The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast.
This magical event now shines a spotlight on nonprofits across the Treasure Coast, Okeechobee, and northern Palm Beach County, embracing the true spirit of the season by supporting a wide variety of children’s, family, and even pet-focused service agencies.
🎁 Here's how it works:
Beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and centerpieces are donated by local businesses, organizations, and individuals—each one benefiting either the Museum or another nonprofit that aligns with our mission. These festive creations will be on display from November 12th through November 22nd inside the Museum’s Explorer’s Gallery, and raffle tickets will be sold for each piece. All proceeds go directly to the designated organization.
But it’s more than just décor—it’s about impact. The Festival of Giving offers smaller nonprofits a chance to amplify their voice, connect with new supporters, and share the amazing work they do in our community.

During designated hours, the public is welcome to explore the dazzling holiday display at no cost. Please note that only the Town Side of the museum will be open for play (with paid admission or membership) during the event, as the Explorer’s Gallery will be closed for play while it hosts this special experience.
Throughout the week there will be special events to enjoy. Some will be open to the public and some private. All open to the public special events will have their own event pages on social media and some may require registration.
