Donation Based Yoga with Astrid Rockwood

Be Community Donation-Based yoga class is taught by local instructors. $10 minimum suggested donation for non-Be Love Yoga members. 60% of all donations go to the local charity or cause of the month, and 40% of all donations go straight to the instructor. Come out, practice, and support our growing yoga community!

Meet Astrid:
"Like many, my yoga journey started as just another way to workout, but quickly found that it can be much more if you’re open to it. Yoga to me is self care of the mind, body, and soul. Yoga is my way of giving myself permission to find peace, recharge, and feel like my own person again so that I may continue to pour into who and what I love. I hope to help others find their peace and connect with themselves."
