Mending Circle

Do you have garments that need repairing? We can help you! Do you know how to mend and are interested in a community time with our talented mending circle? Join us and help us help others! Mending helps us take eco-steps toward sustainability by minimizing clothing waste, as well as unnecessary spending on new garments . Plus, it’s fun to learn and do!

Feel free to bring food and drink to enjoy while we relax and mend. An assortment of tools and notions will be available for use including speedweve looms, sashiko thread, cotton darning thread, all purpose sewing thread, a variety of needles, darning mushrooms, embroidery hoops, pins, clips, and more or bring your own sewing kit if you’d like.
