Free class that you're not gonna want to miss!

We will be identifying herbs 🌿 that are edible.

I'm going to make you a dish out of wild herbal edibles. And you will also be getting the recipe. 💜

I'm going to teach you some Herbs in nature that you can eat.
They are much more nutritious than anything you will find in a grocery store.

We will talk about doctrine of signatures.
That's the way God made plants 🪴 to look like the part of the body that they help restore healing to.

Then we will talk about survival and first aid. I will teach you helpful tips on how to survive in the woods and show you an emergency first aid kit and a get home bag you might even want to make for yourself 🥰

This class will be at the studio in Jenison at The Times of our Lives - August 4 at 6 - 7 pm
