This autumn, join me for a journey through the elements as we connect body, breath, and intention. Each week we’ll explore one aspect of True North Alignment—grounding, flowing, igniting, softening, and expanding—to create balance on and off the mat.
✨ What to expect:
Each class is designed to challenge, restore, and inspire, giving you space to move with both strength and ease. Rooted in breath and mindful movement, we’ll begin with a grounding warm-up to shift from thinking into feeling. From there, flow-based sequences offer options for all levels, so you can practice in a way that suits your body. Every session closes with a calming cool-down and deep rest in savasana — leaving you recharged and ready to carry balance into the rest of your week.

• Oct 9 — WATER: adaptability, release, ease
• Oct 23 — FIRE: transformation, energy, discipline
• Oct 30 — AIR: lightness, openness, surrender

💬 About the teacher:
I’m Brie, an RYT 200 Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor and nurse practitioner, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Since 2019, I’ve been teaching to share the strength, grounding, and clarity that yoga has given me through life’s biggest transitions. My purpose is to create a supportive space where everybody feels welcome, empowered, and able to grow.
