This field day is focusing on Season Extension for vegetable (heirloom tomato) production with Paul and Cortney of Good Thymes farm in Williamsburg. Please join us and our beginning farmer co-hort at our 4 hour field day where we will tour the farm, go over Good Thyme's systems, their recent transition from one piece of land to the other and hands on experience helping prepare the beds for fall and winter (i.e. pulling out tomato plants, cleaning up tunnel and taking shade cloth off tunnel). If there is time we will be planting a cover crop in the high tunnels together!
