Jessica's Journey Fundraiser

Join us for a fun-filled night supporting Jessica’s Journey Fundraiser on April 25th from 6PM to 11:30PM at The Jefferson.

Your ticket includes access to fantastic food and entertainment, plus a cash bar featuring Tito's, Falls City Beer, and a variety of specialty cocktails. All proceeds benefit Paws with Purpose, helping provide service dogs to individuals in need, along with additional Local Charities!

A Legacy of Love, Laughter, and Helping Hands: Jessica's Journey Foundation

Jessica Robinson was the kind of person whose joy was infectious. She had a smile that could light up any room and a laugh that filled the hearts of everyone around her. From a young age, Jessica had a competitive streak of independence. For much of her youth, she was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, and her energy and positivity were unstoppable. This began the foundation of her genuine, spunky spirit that truly defined who she was.

After graduating high school, Jessica became certified as a CNA and worked primarily with the elderly helping them to find joy in their life at the nursing home. She delighted in using her saucy banter to bring smiles to her patients. Jess flourished in her role and was loved and appreciated by the patients that she adored.

Jessica’s greatest love, however, was for her son, Spencer. From the moment he was born, he became the center of her world. For the last six years of her life, everything she did was for him. Jessica passed to Spencer her love of animals. Jessica poured her heart into raising Spencer and making sure that their time together was filled with love, laughter, and memories.

Jessica faced tremendous health challenges beginning at age five when she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. She was placed on dialysis the last 6 months of your young life, but Jessica did not allow it to change her. She used her wit and charm to bring smiles to those around her in the dialysis center. She brought joy and laughter to what could otherwise be seen as a difficult place.

During one of her many stays at the hospital, Jessica was visited by a therapy dog. She was impacted by the comfort and feeling of peace the animal provided her. This moment sparked a deep sense of gratitude for animals and an appreciation of the role they played in her life.

When Jessica passed away in May 2024 at the young age of 30, her family knew they had to do something that would honor her legacy. The Jessica's Journey Foundation was born out of the love she had for her son, her prowess at bringing laughter to others, and her deep appreciation for animals. Jessica’s Journey is about continuing her unique way of using her charm and wit to help others find joy in all stages of life.

Jessica’s message to the world would be simple: “Be happy, and remember, it could always be worse.” She faced every challenge with a smile, a joke, and a heart full of love. The foundation hopes to carry that message forward. Her legacy will never be forgotten.Through Jessica’s Journey, her feisty spirit will continue to bring joy for generations to come.

Founded in 2003, Paws with Purpose (PwP) is a 501(c) non-profit organization that provides highly skilled Assistance Dogs as partners to children and adults with physical disabilities or other special needs. These dogs provide comfort and companionship; help to break down social barriers, and perform many tasks that help their partners lead more independent lives. With the assistance of generous donors, and dedicated / enthusiastic volunteers, PwP is committed to providing highly skilled assistance dogs to recipients.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, PwP is proud to provide these highly trained companions to individuals living within a 35-mile radius of Louisville, KY.

At Tito’s Handmade Vodka, we’ve been dog people for over twenty-five years. At first, it was just Tito and DogJo out at the distillery. Soon, stray dogs followed the smell of food and started showing up. Since those early days, Tito’s has rescued over 130 distillery dogs and supported thousands of animal-focused nonprofits in Austin and beyond. Our work began with Emancipet, the nationwide organization on a mission to provide every pet with high-quality care at affordable rates, and grew from there. Between sponsored yappy hours, countless nonprofit events, and our dog-friendly work spaces, we're always ready to celebrate the bond between pups and their people.

Tito's Vodka has generously donated all vodka products for the Jessica's Journey Fundraiser and has also partnered closely with PARLOUR to create a new specialty cocktail: the "Blushing Sunflower." This refreshing drink combines Tito's vodka, pink lemonade, strawberry puree, and is topped with soda water. It’s a tribute to Jessica, with $2 from every cocktail sold being donated directly to the Jessica's Journey Foundation.
