About the Class:
This will be a 75 minute Hatha-yoga practice focused on alignment of the mind, body, and breath. Each class will end with a moment for deep relaxation and a gentle sound bath. This class is for everyone and every body, with variations for all levels of experience. Grab your mat and get ready to breathe deep and let go!

About the Instructor:
Yoga Classes will be led by Becca Trueman. Becca has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and completed 200-hr Hatha and Sound Integration Teacher Training at the Inner Warrior in Louisville in 2024.
Becca finds great joy in sharing the practice of mindful movement and supporting the unique and transformative journey of every student.

What to Bring:
-Mat/Blanket
-Water
-Any other layers or props

This is a donation-based class with a recommended donation of
$5-$15.
