Getting Started with a New Homeschooling Year

Hey all y'all!
Come get what you need to get going!
Need a babysitter or someone to watch your kids while you chat at the meeting? We got teens to help!
Need a dad to advocate or reassure your spouse/parents/etc? We got (at least) one ready to roll!
Need to hear from 'homeschool survivors' to find out if it worked in the end? We got a bunch of those, kids and parents both!
Need curriculum suggestions? We got lots of opinions!
Need ideas on how to unschool (or partially unschool)? We got experience to share!
Need to figure out how not to go nuts being ON for the kids/family 24/7? We got... sympathy? Ideas? Maybe actual help?
Need to figure out the RULES&REGS of homeschooling in the KY/IN area? We got advice and handouts!

We got you covered!
(And B&N has the caffeine and sugar you need... and a few healthy-ish options... if you need them... and they don't seem to flip if you bring in an outside item or two... I buy enough cheesecake and hot chocolate to make up for everyone... I admit it, I bribe my kids with caffeine and sugar...)
