Café Connections

Please join us for a fun and educational event for families with loved ones diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. There will be activities provided for your loved one, side by side with an educational seminar for the supporting family members or caregivers. Led by Dr. Shannon Bland, come learn how to manage sundowning. FCHUM’s activities director Kevin will have fun games and other indoor recreation planned. Refreshments will be provided.

Who is Café Connections for? Cafés are open to all people living with changes in their memory and the people who care about them. Come to connect with others and walk away equipped & encouraged. We will also be giving away copies of The 36-Hour Day book.
