Beginning the Journey of Meditation

Join Carolyn for her new 5 week course on - Beginning the Journey of Meditation!

Class will be on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm in the clinic classroom and run from October 22 - November 19, 2025.

Class is Limited to 10 students. Cost is $80 for the 5 weeks.
