In this sacred journey, we use the breath to awaken ancestral memory, release inherited emotional weight, and reconnect with the wisdom that still lives in your bones.
“Breath of the Ancestors” is a ceremony for those who feel the call to remember. To release the heaviness they’ve been carrying — not just from this life, but from the lineages they walk with. We’ll use guided breathwork, sound, and intention to open a space for healing, messages, and reconnection.
Together, we will:
-Practice rhythmic and conscious breath patterns to clear emotional blockages
-Be led through a drum-guided ancestral journey to meet a guide, elder, or healing memory
-Learn how ancestral energy shows up in your body, your habits, your voice
-Release generational pain through sound, movement, and conscious exhale
- Call in guidance, strength, and blessings from your well ancestors
This is not about going back in time. It’s about making space for their love to move through you — right now.
