💜 Join Us for the 4th Annual Unmask Domestic Violence Masquerade Gala! 💜
RACS’ Annual Masquerade Gala has become a beloved tradition in Jefferson City, uniting community members, local leaders, and dedicated advocates in a shared mission to unmask domestic and sexual violence and uplift the voices of survivors. We are honored to invite you to join us for the Fourth Annual Masquerade Gala on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 6:00-10:00 PM at the Capitol Plaza Hotel & Convention Center for an unforgettable evening of elegance, purpose, and impact.
Each year, this fundraiser helps shine a light on the very real, often hidden, experiences of survivors in our community and raises the critical funds needed to help them rebuild their lives with safety, dignity, and hope. All proceeds directly support the comprehensive services that RACS provides, free of charge, to survivors of domestic and sexual violence across Central Missouri.
These services include:
- Safe emergency shelter for individuals and families escaping abusive situations
- A 24-hour crisis hotline connecting survivors to help anytime, day or night
- Hospital and court advocacy to guide survivors through moments of intense vulnerability
- Case management, crisis intervention, and safety planning
- Children’s programming and specialized support for young survivors
- Individual and group counseling for emotional healing
- Community education, prevention, and outreach across our region
- Comprehensive services throughout Boone, Callaway, Cole, Gasconade, Maries, Miller, Moniteau, Morgan, and Osage Counties
In the past year alone, RACS provided nearly 7,500 nights of safety to 1,116 men, women, and children, while delivering over 7,000 services through our outreach and advocacy programs. These numbers represent real people: our neighbors, coworkers, and classmates who are finding the courage to start over after unimaginable hardship.
This year’s Gala promises to be our most impactful yet. Guests will enjoy an evening of celebration and community, featuring dinner, drinks, entertainment, and moving moments that highlight the importance of our work and the strength of the people we serve. Whether you attend, sponsor, or spread the word, your support makes it possible for RACS to stand beside every survivor who reaches out for help.
We hope you will join us on October 25th to Unmask Domestic Violence and ensure that survivors throughout Missouri know they are never alone.
