Celebration of life Onalene Hansen

Oney’s love for life was evident in her many hobbies. An avid painter and woodworker, she also enjoyed sewing. Known for her crafts, Oney often donated home-made quilts and blankets to local nursing homes. Her woodworking decorated the yards of friends and family for various holidays. Her family knew she was the one to call to save their favorite jeans. On nice days, Oney could always be found outside taking walks or, in her younger years, riding bikes with her children and grandchildren.

Oney was extremely humble, kind, generous, thoughtful, and stubborn, a true Magnus and Hansen trait. You’ll know this to be true if you’ve met any of her daughters and grandchildren. As we remember Oney, let us celebrate her life of love and devotion to her family.
