On the 3rd of August, a new kind of activities will be waiting for us like farm experience in ehmej, cultural tour in akoura as well as caving in the 3rd largest cave in Lebanon.
We will have the opportunity to embark on a family adventure like no other! Join us at our magical farm for a day of reconnecting with nature, indulging in mouthwatering farm-to-table organic food, and experiencing thrilling activities that will leave lasting memories in Al Baydar - La vallee blanche in Ehmej as we well as exploring the gem of Akoura with Alaa who will give us enough information about each place that we will visit. So don't miss this opportunity.

A farm experience can encompass a wide range of activities, from hands-on work with crops and animals to simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of a farm. It can involve learning about sustainable agriculture, connecting with nature, or even experiencing a new culture. Depending on the type of farm and the specific experience offered, visitors can participate in tasks like planting, harvesting, or caring for livestock, or simply relax and enjoy the farm environment.
In Akoura, we will discover St. Peter and Paul church, with its carved caves that were once thought to be the graves of ancient Phoenician priests, Akoura water spring, and then ending in saydet el Habes shrine taking 700 stairs downhill to reach roueiss grotto without forgetting the old paths and stairs inside the village, old houses and ruins...
After the easy walk inside the village, we will have a guided caving tour in Roueiss grotto with massive cavities surrounded by dazzling rocks, exotic formations, streams and waterfalls, deep canyons and pits, and tight crawlways. It stretches for about 8 kilometers and is to be explored with an expert guide.
When we enter the cave, we will walk toward the big room in the 1st floor explaining everything about the cave and how we must act while we are exploring. After the introduction and explanation, we will take a road toward the ground floor to explore around 1 hour and a half of underground cave to see the beautiful natural stalagmites, engraved rocks, narrow places.
The temp inside the cave is 16 degrees, so get a light jacket to keep you warm. Also, there are areas where the water might get your feet wet; so it is preferable to have appropriate clothing just in case as well as extra clothes for changing.
All the necessary equipment will be provided: helmets and headlights... So it will be a nice experience.
Last but not least, we will have lunch a la carte in Akoura.

Required materials : dry clothes for changing after caving, hat, extra t-shirt, extra pair of socks, 2l of water, sunglasses, sunscreen, healthy snacks, comfortable clothes.
Fees: 20 USD or equivalent to the LBP market rate (including transportation, guidance, but does not include medical insurance)
Activities in Al Baydar La Vallee Blanche: 8 USD
Caving (covers grotto fees, professional guide, equipment like helmets and headlights, 2 hours caving): 8 USD
