About the event

Self-Defense for Women

Register now at https://www.newtoncountylibrary.org for a free Women's Self-Defense class! On Saturday, August 23 at 11 a.m., Alison Hardin will lead a self-defense class for girls and women. Ages 11 and up are welcome to attend. If under 16, the attendee must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Dress comfortably or wear workout clothes for hands-on skills practice. Please register by August 15! Class size is not limited, but registration is required to enable event planning.
