Newton County LIHEAP Community Pop-Up

Do you need help paying your electric bill? We are now accepting applications for the 2025 summer LIHEAP.

If you or someone you know needs assistance, stop by our pop-up location or visit www.ozarkopp.org to obtain an application.

We will be at the Jasper United Methodist Church at 400 Clark St. Jasper, AR on July 28th, 29th & 30th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. Please bring; ID, SS card, proof of income, and current bill.
