Black Friday Skills Day

Showcase style workout on Black Friday from 11:00-12:30? We will have mini stations testing exit velocity, 90’ sprint (base to base), hand/bat speed (Blast data), barrel/line drive %, vertical jump, broad jump, free throw contest, and more! Should be a fun workout! Get to know your numbers so you know where you stack up with others and what to work on to make you a better athlete! Data and numbers aren’t everything, but they do give you benchmarks and goals to give you something to work on to make u better! Keep grinding!
