Astroflow & Introduction to the Zodiac Signs presented by Andrea Schnaus

About the Event: I’ll take individuals step by step through my Astroflow class then give an introduction to each zodiac sign. Individuals are welcome to bring their Sun, Moon and Rising signs to this event and leave with a bit more knowledge of the sign and how it can show up in our day to day life. Astroflow, a specialized yoga sequence, embodies the current astrological season through movement, breathwork with teaching of the highs and lows of the season’s archetype and incorporating medical astrology - the ruling body part of a season. I say "through the lens of compassionate curiosity" because we ALL hold these signs and elements. This is more than just reading stars; it is a deeper look into the map we were all born with from the moment we took our first breath. Yoga mat, a blanket or a beach towel are needed. If you cannot get up and off the ground you are welcome to come and listen to the introduction to the signs after the flow.

About Andrea: I’m a 230hr registered yoga instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Bath Facilitator, Plant Medicine Facilitator of Cacao & Hapé, and a Natal Chart Astrologer. Born and raised in Southern Indiana, I'm a lover of traveling and seeing all that the world has to offer. This is how I was introduced to many holistic practices some of which I have added to my tool belt of healing. I deeply believe and experience my own life changing results from these tools. This is why I feel so strongly about sharing them with everyone.
