Zooarchaeology: Artist Workshops

Get your hands dirty at our animal-themed clay workshops ahead of our upcoming exhibition, 'Zooarchaeology: animal stories told through bones.'

Drop in between 12-1pm and 2-3pm on Friday 15th and Friday 22nd August. Free with annual pass

About the artist:
Laura Marley is an artist and ceramicist based in the North East of England, having trained in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art and Design and at Sunderland University MA Glass and Ceramics. Looking at what objects tell us about past environments, cultures and events, Laura uses clay and the process of turning material into new objects to explore how we can learn about our current environments and selves.
