Join us for an interactive, fun and relaxing session where we'll talk time to think about parent/carer wellbeing as part of School Exclusions Week in South Tyneside ; You'll blend your own unique herbal tea, and learn about the benefits.

Choice Wellbeing Service will also be in attendance to talk about the support that their service offers parents/carers.
