Art in the Garden Series: Leaves of Expression — Nature Journaling

Immerse yourself in the beauty of autumn during a creative, materials-included workshop with life coach and artist Lizzie Menz. Using journals and a curated set of art supplies, you will observe the changing leaves, reflect on seasonal shifts, and create expressive pages that blend color, texture, and personal insight. All experience levels welcome.
About the presenter
Lizzie Menz is a Master Life Coach and creative facilitator based in Afton, Wisconsin. She combines a background in design with restorative art practices to help people reconnect with creativity and intention.
