Fall Prevention - Senior Speaker Series

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, but many can be prevented. Join us for this special session of our Senior Speaker Series to learn practical strategies to reduce your risk of falling and maintain independence.

With more than 30 years of experience in education and community health, Wendy is passionate about supporting seniors and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive.
