An Evening with Stolpman Vineyards: A Five-Course Wine Dinner
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the artistry of Stolpman Vineyards, one of California’s most acclaimed producers from the Ballard Canyon AVA in Santa Barbara County. This exclusive five-course dinner pairs the estate’s bold, expressive wines with a chef-curated menu designed to highlight both seasonal ingredients and the unique character of each vintage.
Throughout the evening, guests will savor elegant pairings—from crisp, mineral-driven whites to the vineyard’s signature Syrah and Rhône-style blends—each thoughtfully matched with a dish crafted to enhance its depth and complexity. Our culinary team has created a progression of flavors that harmonize with Stolpman’s commitment to balance, sustainability, and pure expression of terroir.
Wine representative Nathan Cox, who recently visited Stolpman Vineyards, will guide you through the journey, sharing stories of the estate’s heritage, winemaking philosophy, and the passion that goes into every bottle.
This intimate event promises an immersive experience of fine food, exceptional wine, and warm hospitality—a celebration of California winemaking at its finest.
