Pop Up - Modern Dance/Graham Technique (with Sukanya Burman)

This Graham Technique class focuses on the fundamentals of contraction and release, spirals, grounded movement, and breath-driven flow. Dancers will engage in floor work, center exercises, and traveling sequences that emphasize precision, control, and breath as the foundation for movement.

The class offers space to build strength, flexibility, and clarity while exploring personal expression within the structure of the technique. It is designed to support both new and experienced dancers in developing a deeper understanding of their bodies and movement patterns.

All levels are welcome.

Drop in fees: $15 or as low as $9 with SBD Class pass.
